Peso Perfecto – new title on the market

Aude, a leading publishing house on the custom publishing market, has enriched its portfolio with a new title. Peso Perfecto is the first luxurious magazine devoted to nutrition and losing weight in Poland. The first issue of this quarterly with Renata Dancewicz on the cover has just appeared on the market.

The magazine is addressed to people who want to stay fit and healthy. The mission of everyone creating this magazine is promoting healthy nutrition habits as the most effective way to be slim.

The magazine is connected with the international network of reputable dietary centres. Naturhouse is the leader in the segment of diet supplements that support losing weight and it has more than 1700 points in 30 countries on 5 continents. The company has been operating in Poland for two years and during this time it has opened 40 dietary centres.

– Due to such a dynamic network development and a constantly increasing number of customers we have decided to publish the Peso Perfecto magazine. Its Polish version, in fact, as it is already published in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Authors of the magazine want to write about slimming down in a competent and accessible way and to prove that healthy life style is a pleasure. This magazine is successfully published in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy and so one can expect that it will be a success also in Poland.

– The strong point of the magazine are "Diets for 14 days" which are two-week menus prepared by nutrition specialists from Naturhouse for people who want to become fit. There are also recipes for some of the dishes published in the magazine. Another strong point are testimonials of people who have managed to lose weight, sometimes even several dozens of kilograms. – says Dorota Górnicka-Urban, Publishing Director at Aude.

In the magazine also Polish celebrities talk about their ways to stay fit (in the next issues there will be an interview with Sylwia Gruchała). Of course, there will also be columns typical for women's magazines such as beauty care, health care, fashion or travels. This luxurious magazine is characterised by a large number of lifestyle elements that are presented in a very attractive way: the magazine is published on the high quality paper and the graphic design is of the highest quality as well.

– The exclusive character of the magazine is highlighted by a carefully arranged photo session with a celebrity for the cover. Even "how-to" columns are illustrated with beautiful, sophisticated and artistic-like photographs. With time, the layout will evolve in the direction of the top-shelf magazines. – says Marcin Rutkowski, Creative Director and Vice-President of the Management Board at content publishing Aude.

At the beginning the edition will be 50,000 copies, which is exactly the same as the Portuguese, Italian and French edition. In Spain, where Naturhouse originated, the edition has already reached the level of 100,000 copies. In Poland the magazine is available in the best press salons (30,000) and in Naturhouse stores (20,000). The adverts of the magazine have been published in such titles as Wysokie Obcasy and Twój Styl.

By introducing Peso Perfecto content publishing Aude has filled the niche on the Polish press market. This bold and ambitious publishing house is expanding the scope of its operations and it is intensively working on other projects that we are to hear about very soon.
