Netia – new dimension of inhouse magazine

Netia’s mission is to deliver the online world to its customers. The internal magazine published for company by Aude is stil printed anyway…

– The rustle of sheets, a nice weight in your hand. Nothing can replace experience, which ensures good contact with magazine paper - says Arkadiusz Grochala, Head of Training, Development and Internal Communication at Netia, responsible for the relaunch of the internal magazine for employees.

So when the project was given to the Aude, everything has changed: number of pages, paper, method of obtaining content, language of expression.

In Netia magazine we won’t find any trite materials, there are no items that need to be placed. The authors of articles and photos to a large extent are the employees - they are also characters of the stories in the magazine.

– Netia magazine is the best magazine for the employees on the market today - says Urszula Radzińska, owner of the Aude, President of the SPF. - It is also a perfect example of how to wisely lead corporate communications. Netia had the courage to distance and with a bit of slack approach to the content business - she adds.

It is designed by Marcin Rutkowski, creative director of the agency. The layout is modern and it is a part of a new Netia’s brand strategy. Lots of interesting graphic solutions allows to expose pictures and combine them with text in an interesting way. It all goes to workers who can be proud of their newspaper. And they are.
