Provident Polska’s internal magazine

Nasz Provident is a new internal magazine of Provident Polska. In July It will be distributed among the company's 12,000 employees and representatives. It will be published every two months.

In our magazine we will mainly discuss business-related matters but everyday affairs, both the professional as well as private ones of all our employees and representatives, will also be important. After all it is this is them that Nasz Provident has been created for. – says Sabina Kornblit, Internal Relations Manager at Provident Polska.

The bimonthly will be co-created by employees.

We would like our employees and representatives to not only suggests subjects they are interested in but also to write articles themselves. Our dream is for every employee and every representative to feel that it is their magazine and that they have a real influence on the content by being a part of it. We want them to feel that Nasz Provident is our magazine and not the management's tool. – adds Agnieszka Zyśk-Pożoga, Internal Communications Manager at Provident Polska.

Layout and content of the 20-page magazine entitled Nasz Provident has been developed by the AUDE Publishing House. The magazine combines simplicity of a typical business-like magazine with some elements of a tabloid. This makes it a very reader-friendly publication. – explains Marcin Rutkowski, Creative Director at AUDE.

Provident Polska has come back to publishing its own internal magazine after a two-year break. The previous one, Provident Forum, also designed and published by AUDE, was very popular among its readers as well as experts. In 2008 Provident Forum was awarded in the Szpalty Roku competition, organised by the Company Press Association (Stowarzyszenie Prasy Firmowej).
